About Me
“If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink.”
John 7:37
For those of you who know me, I don’t stop. I’m driven by lists and always strive to accomplish as much as I can in 24 hours.
One morning, I was reading in D&C 101:16 where it says, “Be still and know that I am God.”
I immediately thought, “How?” How could I be still with so much to do? As I pondered this scripture, I realized that “being still” even for a moment is a crucial element in truly coming to know God.
I decided to learn how to meditate and found myself feeling peaceful and refreshed but still not spiritually fed.
I looked for an app for members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and couldn’t find one. Thus, the creation of this app began.
I hope this app will bring more clarity, peace, perspective, and faith to your heart and mind.

The world is filled with fear and negativity. The mantra at the end of each segment can be repeated in your mind throughout the day to help you re-center and bring your thoughts back to a positive and faith-filled place.
