What if my mind wanders?
You don’t need to worry if your mind wanders. Let the thoughts come and go and then gently re-focus back on your breathing. Meditation and pondering take practice. With time, you will be able to stay focused on your breathing and the topic being discussed.
When should I meditate?
To establish the habit of meditation and pondering, you should try to practice it at the same time every day. Some people prefer to meditate in the morning and others prefer right before bed. You can even mediate on your lunch break!
What if I am not a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints?
This app can be a powerful tool for anyone seeking a closer relationship with God and Jesus Christ.
Where can I meditate?
You can meditate anywhere! That’s the beauty of meditation. You just need to be able to relax. You can put your headphones in and listen at home, outdoors, at your office, at the airport, laying in your bedroom, while you nurse your baby, or in your parked car.
What if I fall asleep?
Don’t worry if you fall asleep (unless you are at work 😜 ) while listening to a meditation session. Be in tune with what your body is communicating to you. If you fall asleep, then your body needed a moment to rest.
How long are the segments?
Each segment ranges from 8 minutes to 12 minutes.
